Hi! I’m Vicky, and I’m passionate about helping women navigate the changes that come with perimenopause and beyond. As someone who has experienced the ups and downs of this transition myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel at times. But I also know that with the right mindset and approach, it’s possible to regain a sense of balance, energy, and well-being.


I’m a certified holistic nutrition and perimenopause coach, and my goal is to empower women like you to feel confident and supported as you move through this stage of life. I believe that nourishing our bodies with whole, nutrient-dense foods, making small but impactful lifestyle changes, and practicing self-care can make a world of difference in how we feel, both physically and emotionally.


I focus on simple, sustainable habits that support hormone balance and overall wellness. It’s not about quick fixes - it’s about long-term, holistic health that empowers you to feel your best every day.


When I’m not working with clients, you can find me experimenting with healthy recipes, enjoying walks in nature with our black lab, Haley, or spending time with my family. I’m here to support you every step of the way on your journey to greater health and vitality.
